$129,000, 6 units, $1625/mo rents.
6 units for only $129k! It says it needs some work but rents could also go up accordingly. This is a cash cow once fixed.

$225,000, 4 units, $1880/mo rents.
Rent sshould be increased, but tenants are loyal. I am selling this for a friend and client. It is a great property with consistent income.

$172,900, 5 units, $2775/mo rents.
This should cash flow several hundred a month! It has a newer roof and appears to be in good condition.

$249,900, 6 units, $3245/mo rents!
This property is in our state capitol. it appears to be in great condition. Owner will carry with $25k down also!

$189,000, 5 units, $2800/mo rents
This property looks nice and should cash flow very strongly. Part of it is a convenience store it appears.

$280,000, 8 units, $3240/mo rents.
Very solid income and a great price for 8 units. A small increase in rents goes farther over 8 units. Very solid option.
$199,900, 8 units, $2800/mo rents
This is a great investment. As usual we would need to do an inspection, but if it is in good condition, then this is a really good buy. Great income, let's look further into it? Also this appears to be a Historic registered building. We would need to verify that during our due dilligence.

$357,900, 12 units, $5025/mo rents!!
Yes the income is amazing. This is a mobile home court. It is old but it has enough income to let a handyman live for free and keep it up.
